The Senior Warden is the Rector's Warden, and is the
primary lay advisor to the clergy.

The Junior Warden is the representative of the People
of the Parish, and assists lay persons in their ministry.

The Parish Clerk serves as the recorder of minutes for
the Vestry and all Parish meetings.

The Parish Treasurer is responsible for all parish funds,
and with the help of the Assistant Treasurer is
responsible for pledge records.

The Vestry is responsible for  the direction and
management of the property and all business of the
Parish.
